Hi

This is my current setup

Does it matter that I've got 4 wifi devices next to each other?

They are :-
1. Home Assistant thin client (no wifi, but Bluetooth)
2. Eufy doorbell
3. Hive hub
4. Netgear Orbi mesh router
5. TubesZB Zigbee controller.

I've also got a Hue hub upstairs that's connected to the other Netgear mesh router, but I'm thinking of replacing the Netgear mesh with a single router, so that would mean putting the Hue hub with all this lot as well.

Most of the things you've listed aren't Wi-Fi devices are they? Obviously the Orbi is but that's because it's an AP.

Both the Hue and Zigbee hubs send and receive data.
They usually use a lower frequency band, including the Hive as well they all use the 2.4GHz frequency I believe. Don't think they'll interfere with WiFi's 2.4GHz (not sure on the exact frequency they use) but they could affect each other. Bluetooth is also 2.4GHz but usually coexists with other standards. For WiFi's 5 and 6GHz, nothing you have will interfere with that.
