Wifi extending

I have some tp link power adaptors with wifi.
I have cloned them.
On a wifi scanner I see three wifi signal, the main router and two extenders.

So is this one or three signals and your device connects to a different one if that strength gets a bit low on another?

I just expected one good wifi signal not three.

If you can change the SSID's to all the same thing e.g. RoddersHomeNetwork put all 3 on different channels if you can and make the password the same. your devices should then roam to the strongest.

I set all ssid to the same. I can see they are on different channels, so all should be good

Actually, the two extenders are on channel 1, will that be a problem? They are either end of the house

It might be ok it might not you will have to try it

if you have a problem then try changing one of the channels of the extenders

I can see it changing, so all is good.
