What specific aerial would I need to connect the small push pins of a Dual-band WiFi 6E 2x2 m2 card to either internal aerial or PCI bracket/ aerial

Are they universal I do I need a specific type?

There's been a couple of connectors used, older cards use a connector with an exterior diameter of 2mm (U.FL connector which I think is an IPX1). You can get smaller connectors with smaller diameters (1.5 and 1.4mm are alternative sizes) & they are not inter-compatible.

You'll either need to find the datasheet for the card or have a sufficiently accurate vernier to work out what you have to be able to choose the right adapter.

ta it's a intel 6E AX211 160mhz according to device manager

Should be MHF4 then for the card (not one I've come across before & relying on some Google-fu). You'll need MHF4 to SMA for an external PCI-e bracket fitted antenna or most external antenna base units assuming what I've found is accurate...
