Wifi issue on a new build

Build a 3700X on Asus Astrix X570-E WiF mother board with 32gb G.skill V memory. Have a new Dell ultra res monitor as well. Only 1Tb M.2 ADATA drive.

On first boot, nothing happened - not even a BIOS screen. As a trial, I put a windows install USB in the port and restarted. Strange! It started loading Windows!

Problem I have is that I cannot get Wifi to work - wifi controller enabled in BIOS. Not tried ethernet cable as the build is in a different room.

Install windows as local account only, then install the wifi drives when you get into windows.
With your board been so new there is a good chance the wifi drivers are not preloaded to windows
