I bought an overclocked core i7 from overclockers and run 64-bit windows 7. All works fine, apart from ongoing issues with wifi. I have bought 3 different 802.11n Pci cards over the past few months and all of them fail to work correctly with my system. Each time windows reports that it cannot enable the network adapter. Hard wired networking via the motherboard works fine.
So I wonder - is it possibly caused by having an overclocked system?
Any tips greatly appreciated as I'm out of ideas.
My latest adapter is a TPlink TP-WN781N
