Hi there!
I am after some advice and guidance regarding a fresh new wifi setup at home. We'll be signing up to sky fibre at some point but I have no idea what kind of routers/setup they provide.
What I want to do is have my current Linksys wrt350n router connected to the sky modem. I will have a 1TB hard drive connected to the Linksys router to stream my music, videos and pictures. As these devices will be sitting in the lounge hidden away behind the TV, I need to be able to get wireless signal around the house.
I have been looking at Cisco Powerline adapters but don't have much experience with them. Are they simple to setup? Will I be ok to access my media on the 1TB HDD through wifi upstairs via the powerline adapter?
Anyone able to recommend a better setup on a budget of £120 approx.?
