Wifi probs?

Hi,

Got a pc running vista and an imac. I got a belkni router that is supposed to be mac compatible. I have it plugged via ethernet into the pc and pulling off the wifi with my imac.

If i unplug the ethernet to the pc, i cant get a wifi connection on the mac?

Is there no wasy to have a wifi router that isnt connected to a pc and just let my mac pull off the wifi?

That is an odd problem, are you sure the mac isnt connecting to the PC using internet connection sharing or something like that, that you might of set up previously?

The only other thing I can think of is check your routers manufacturers site to see if theres any new firmware out.
