Wifi question

Hi, My father is setting up and internet cafe and he has been out of the IT business for about 8 years now so has no idea's about wifi, He wants to have a wireless setup where the customers will pay for a certain amount of time and after that time the customer loses access, He will not have many users but how do they do that? Is there routers with the info on it that will alow you to set time limits on unit access?

NetLimited would be suitable I think

I have never used it before, others on here have, I would assume you can set a username and password which you Dad will only know so he can set the times

Couldn't He get the proper Internet Café meter's where you put £x in the slot and it limits the Connection for 1 Hour or whatever?
