Wifi , setup authorizations?

Hi

I have a netgear nighthawk wifi 6 router

Is it possible to set up a scenario like this?


When someone tries to connect to your router, it asks for authorization. So I can either accept it, or decline it?

yeah no thanks, not a business, just a simple home network, that i just wanted to know if someone tried to access it basically

Not familiar with that router but if you wanted something simple you could check the DHCP leases, and block handing out a lease to a specific MAC.
Of course it wouldn't stop someone setting a static IP and connecting or if the device your blocking's MAC changes often.

Again what I mention isn't exactly what you describe where you get like a push notification and you can accept/deny.
