This is my NETGEAR WiFi Extender for the past week it’s been playing up losting connection today it won’t connect the only light that’s on now is the bottom one. Any ideas

Tried plugging it into a mains socket rather than an extension?

Find the instructions for it, reset it to default, go through the setup again

It says to put a pin in the hole I’ve done that but nothing resets

You have to hold it in for a while (30s) until the lights all light up or go off.

Try Devolo. You can also get ones that plug into mains but then have a plug socket themselves so you can plug an extension into it. Hard wired would be your best bet but obviously depends on how feasible it is.

Look at Devolo if you want something Powerline based.

If you want a straight replacement for what you currently have you'll need look elsewhere.
