i hate all this 'analysts expect' pointless imho, still that would probably stand to reason it will be 150-200 quid over here, not too bad, i might get one once its sub 100 as i doubt i could justify buying one on release especially at chrimbo

i think people are getting too excited over the price of the wii, expecting it to be ridiculously cheap. £150 will be the lowest it'll be I reckon, but more likely 175-200

£129, although they originally said £150 - I got a lovely suprise on launch day with that little nugget of information

I can see the Wii being £200. Wasn't the N64 initially £250? I remember distinctly that I couldn't afford one and a game until the price drop to £200. Maybe it was £200 -> £150.

I'd rather it was a little more expensive, say £200 but come with two controllers and a game and maybe a voucher for the virtual console.

$200 probable is just for US, £200 is the possible for UK.
Consoles and games price always higher in UK.

Given the exchange rate at the moment even allowing for taxes £150 would be more than equal to the $200

(it's something like a dollar for 54p at the moment)

It's a good idea of Nintendo to leave out all the usless crap so they can keep the price down £150 will be ace as I hear the PS3 will be £400 which I think is an insult.
