yup did mine a few weeks ago. I used a VGA cable so was very clear.

Many projectors have more than just VGA, the one I was using the other day had many inputs.

Not many powerpoint projectors do.

check if it takes component over vga might save you a few quid by just getting a converter cable.

plug it into an amp like usual.

Had mine going through a component to vga converter, worked like a charm, colour reproduction was a lot better than my mates toshy 42" 1080p screen aswell. Nothing beats bbqs with projection screen and mario kart outside.
