Wii Classic Controller/Games

PIcked up a classic controller earlier. heard somewhere it comes with points. Can anyone confirm this? If so, do I then need an SD card to download the classic games onto?

The Wii has some built in storage so you wouldn't need an SD card right away.

Think it comes with 512 MB built in memory, didnt realise it could be used with the games. Cheers

Think I nicked an SD card from work years ago anyway, so probably have one lying around.

I heard somewhere you couldnt actually play VC games off SD cards they had to be on the consoles internal memory, not sure if that's true though?

Well found a 128MB SD card in my box of goodies on top of my cupboard so added to the main consoles 512MB that should keep me for a bit.

Anyone any idea about the virtual console yet? Did anyone get any points with the classic controller, had a peek in the box and cant see anything but not fully opened it all.

Just noticed the other thread, where someone confirms there arent any points with the controller, so think I will be taking it back. Certianly not shelling out on points extra for the time being.

You can't play VC games from SD.
You can move game saves to SD.

My classic controller did not appear to come with points although I too heard that it should.
