Which Pad for Virtual Console titles and other forthcoming titles which allow alternate controllers... Metal Slug, Smash Bros. etc.

For future Wii titles, i'd go with the classic controller.

But if you are planning to play GC games, you'll need a GC controller or Wavebird anyway.

The whole thing with controllers for the Wii is a bit crazy, but I can see what it can't really be avoided.

I must have spent about £175 on controllers and nunchucks - basically doubling the cost :o

But i don't mind - I should (as soon as the 3 nun-chucks I ordered arrive) be able to have some real fun !

There is the fact that now i have the controllers I'm set for future - so its a one off expense but even so !

And i haven't even got a single classic controller yet !

3 wiimote = £90
3 nunchucks = £45

Still £135.....the wii comes with a set, how do you spent £175 on controllers?

3 wiimotes (One with wiiplay @ £34.99, other 2 @ £29.99) = £94.97
3 nunchucks @ £14.99 ea = £44.97
2 wavebirds @ £17.99 ea = £35.98

TOTAL - £175.92.....

Sean :)

It was an awesome controller but the 360 one spanks it completely. I still like it though.

What games support 4 players playing at the same time using all 4 controllers? I know Tennis does, but games like golf you can use one controller at a time.

Nunchuck is only useful for boxing game...I know you need 4 remotes for multi players but 4 nunchunks?! There is always 2 players in boxing game...what else?
