I am going to be borrowing my mates Wii for a week or two and he has the Wii Component cable for his HDTV (here lies the problem...) My TV dosent have Component or HDMI inputs, only a DVI port and a Digital in port. Is there a converter out there that will change the Component output into DVI and the audio into a normal headphone jack (like the Xbox audio converter)?

Cheers,

Craig

If there is, it will be pretty expensive. Component is analogue, and DVI is digital.

Your best bet - without spending money on an RGB scart cable - is to use the composite/scart cable that comes boxed with the Wii.

I dont think any of them will work, the looks more DVI to component, rather than Component to DVI, tho i could be wrong.

People on this forums have got their wii's working with moniters so i know it can be done.
