Wii Dance Mat

Im looking to buy the girlfriend a Wii dance mat for christmas but the only one I can really find is the dancing stage series.

Anyone used this before and if so what did you think of it? she wants it as an alternative to Wii fit because she doesnt like most of the games on it.

If they're the same as the PS1/PS2 then for light use, they're ok. You can't use shoes or you'll tear the mat into pieces. The mats should be ok to use until you reach 7's and 8's, anything higher and you'll need a higher quality mat.

7's and 8's ?? If you mean age group I just want to point out my girlfriend is 32 lol

Any other dancemat products people could recommend for the wii? just abit sceptial about the size of the mat as it has a picture of a young teen on the front...

Sorry I should have been a little more clear than that lol. The dancing game songs have different difficulty ratings. Dancing Stage goes from 1-10, Pump Pro goes from 1-16. Playing daily it should take about 4-6 months to reach a 9.
