Wii: Donkey Kong Country Returns

I'm a big fan of the original Donkey Kong Country - what's the Wii version like?

Bought it for my better half a couple of Christmases ago and is a lot of fun, especially 2 player. Parts of it are rock hard though.

As above, Still got my copy at home she was actually much better at this game than I was.

This game has never dropped in price. Always been like £40 in shops since its release.

I found it extremely enjoyable, used to play it co-op with the GF. Very good game.

It's a pretty fun game, although I never got around to finishing it what I did see was entertaining enough - some of the later levels (barrel ones mainly) get pretty tricky but nothing new there if you've played the snes versions.

I found the barrel levels far more easier in the previous games. At least back then you have more control over where you were going.

In general I found it to be a fun game, very much a kin to the classic snes games.
The only negative for me was it took me a while to get used to the few motion controls that are needed e.g. shaking the remote to roll

Found that a pain too. would have been nice if the game supported the classic controller.
