Hi guys,

I heard you can download old classic games on the Wii. Does anyone have any information regarding this? It would be great playing a few old retro games.

Using the 'Classic Controller' available for the Wii, there's an online service that you can download NES, SNES and N64 games, as well as some other formats like Sega Megadrive, for a number of points. The points can be bought both off and online, like Xbox points for use in buying various games.

3.50? Seriously. Try going into a retailer and pick up a decent nes cartridge for that these days. I mean the games worth having. It's pretty good tbh

Go and buy the Official nintendo Magazine.. it has all the retro games coming out on launch in the UK. I think it's 35 in total. The titles being releaed are massive and worth every penny of a measly £3.50 (though some are cheaper, some are moer depending on original format).

It makes a complete mockery of 360 live arcade. Altered beast vs Contra, Sonic vs pacman. Super Mario 64 vs some other dissapointing live arcade release.

I really hope they bring some decent games on live arcade soon
