Yes, it works, however not as you would expect.

If you try it in an open room your iron sites stay on the same spot but the angle changes left or right. It doesn't feel like you are really leaning, more just a tilt of the head. However, if you do it at a corner you do in fact peek around it.

Im so used to mouse and keyboard for fps games that using the wiimote is just unbelievably bad for me, actually put me off playing the game any more.

Its becoming a pattern now with the wii, I think I need to invest in a classic controller.

N64 golden eye is my FPS game starter, never seen one better at that time. It's good that we can see a wii remaster version

I just got this

Just played the first mission.

It plays so much better on the nintendo classic controller pro.
Not sure how they expect you to aim with the wiimote :confused:

(altho only had my wii for a few weeks so not used to it)

Also coming from PC mouse+kb makes aiming a bit frustrating

not even tried online yet.

The analogue sticks on the classic controller don't seem as nice/responsive as my PS3 controller

might change the sensitivity in options.

So much easy with Wii-mote, the ccp controls are borked the left/right is backwards.

Just shows how peoples option differ

Me personally I think the ps3 controller is the worst out for fps, while the cc isn’t perfect i still prefer it to the dual shock 3.

As for the wii mote controls on goldeneye the standard setting just don’t work

Try experience set up 3 in the controller set up, while not perfect its a lot better, I have played a few fps on the wii and goldeneyes basic wiimote controls are not as good as good as others.
