I'm looking to buy a Nintendo Wii, I know some people connect Xbox 360's to their monitors. Just wondered if I'd be able to connect a Nintendo Wii to my Dell Ultrasharp 2407WFP monitor, and if so how?

Has anyone done this or had any problems of doing so? Any help would be appreciated.

It is my wii via component, No problems so far. The sound is going to my pc speaker.

Cool, thanks for the replies. I've got my TV mounted on the wall next to my Wii as well, but I've got more room infront of my monitor.
So in ideal world I'd love to easily unplug and switch between the two depending on game for example.

How did you connect the Wii to PC speakers?

The red and white connections to the scart plug on a console are L/R audio, yellow is video afaik. You can buy a converter cable so you can convert the red and white audio cables into a headphone jack and plug that into your speakers.

You will need one of these connect to left and right audio.
