Wii Question

As I'm about to get a PS3, I was thinking of replacing my son's PS2 with a Wii as he still be ale to play hopefully most of he's PS2 games on the PS3. He's 6 and I'm wondering what the games are like and if they're suitable for him to get to grips with.

he still loves he's PS2 but I was thinking he can still play the games he has...

Pirates of Carribean
Wallace & Grommit

etc etc

I don't know anyone with a Wii so I have no idea if the console or games are suitable for him at 6 or not.

He seems to pick up well on games in general he had Lego Star Wars, Superman and liked PGR3 on my 360.

I won't be buying it for him until October for he's birthday, so they'll have more games by then to choose from.
