I got injured earlier...

Other half was playing bowling.... threw her arm back just as I stood up...
Straight in my knackers...

Having played Bowling, Tennis and Boxing a LOT yesterday, my favoured arm is knackered.. Completing the Boxing Training finished me off.

While playing Bowling, while the other half was throwing her arm in the air to release the ball, she gave me a "Sagat Type Tiger Uppercut" with the Wiimote

Also, while ducking and weaving during boxing, I nearly stood on the dog. Poor mutt doesnt know what to do with the Wii about the place.

Maybe the RSPCA should setup a "Wii Awareness" campaign for our pets?

I'm getting strain on the wrists due to slashing on Zelda. Going to get the powerball out me thinks! :D

I have sore arms, not stopping me adding to the 13 hour play time on Zelda...

The Wii is amazing, it's restored faith in cosnole gaming for me!

Even the missus is chuffed! She can't get enough of it!

No aches or pains here yet. But I haven't had a long play on it yet, it's all wrapped up for xmas now :(

Surprised how much my parents and girlfriend like it though!

We had some friends round tonight to play the Wii, and there was a lot of standing up then sitting back down, since there wasn't enough space for everyone in front of the tv. My poor cat was trying to be sociable and replaced on of our larger friends on the sofa after he stood up, and almost got squished when the guy didn't look before sitting back down. Surprisingly, after he was moved away, he didn't want try to sit there again (the cat, that is, not the friend!). Definately need to watch out for pets when you're moving about so much!

First time I played baseball I stupidly forgot to put the wrist strap on.

Que I do a mahusive swing the controller comes flying out of my hand and narrowly missing the budgie cage and making a nice chip in the wall :p

got a home run though :D

yup I know exactly what you mean on the wrist strain lol yes! powerball might be the solution :)

I can play Zelda for hours without any problem. Red Steel puts more strain on the arms aiming at the screen all the time especially when you have to stretch to zoom in. Had a few near misses while chatting and trying to play Wii Sports/Rayman at the same time. My TV has escaped without any injuries too.

Haha! Did she go 'Hyperrrrrrrr upppercut!' while she did it? :)

I was sat on the couch playing tennis with the mrs yesterday, and she went for a rather viscious forearm and smacked me in the side of the ear with the Wiimote. :)

i was very close to hitting my girlfriend round the head while playing baseball, but stopped my swing just before i did thankfully :)

nickels

My fiancee and her brother, along with myself, are all nursing rather sore right shoulders after some over zealous tennis, boxing, bowling and baseball! No whacked faces, although the light in the living room has felt the wrath of a Wiimote lol.

Absolute quality stuff, and am now realising the more subtle aspects of the control.

How is a powerball going to make anything better if you're getting a strained wrist? I can only see it putting you on the road to having rsi..

well if it was used before the remote... then it would have strengthened wrist muscles :)
