Looking to get an SD card for the Wii, but unsure of the size I need or indeed what exactly they are used for - saving downloaded games anything else?

Should I go for 1 GB or 2GB or more?

Also, some SD card readers have problems with cards bigger than 1 GB so I have heard does anyone know anything about that?

As for wireless access, would the Linksys WRT54GL Wireless-G Broadband Router/4-Port Switch Quickfind: NW-052-LS Work well with the Wii?

Thanks all

You can also play movies with them, use Wii video 9 its like the program you use for the psp, ive never tried it only heard of it.

I have WRT54GL and my Wii works very well with it, internet browsing is fast too. :)

Cheers I'll place and order for the above and perhaps The Rayman game - is that 2 player does anyone know? Does it need the nunchuck? I'll hold off on Zelda as I think I'll pay through OOT and MM which I got with GC WW when it came out.

I popped in the gfs SD card from her camera and indeed the photo mode is quite neat. Give it a try!

Not much point getting a SD card if you don't know what you want it for! ;)

I've stuck the one from my camera in and the Photo Channel is quite nice to play with.

There's 512MB flash memory already inside the Wii, I wouldn't bother expanding until it's looking like you might fill it up.
