Wondering what other wii u owners think of there console, i am selling mine, think it is a bad buy. The controller is just so uncomfortable, probably because it is massive, by following the PS4 specs the likelyhood of 3rd party support will be very low. It has not got the grunt to play PS4 games has it, therefore, a educated gamble of selling it now before it continues to devalue, as it already has, you can pick one up for less than £190 now.

should have waited until the year was out to see how it did, oh well, not all purchases are wise decisions.

I think the controller is pretty comfortable but I think if anyone bought the Wii U expecting it to be for hardcore gamers or compete with the PS4 and Xbox 720 then you were stupid. You buy a Nintendo console for Nintendo games :p

Not that many titles out on it at the moment but ZombieU is good fun. I think the controller is fine, it shapes around your hands decently enough.

You might regret selling it once a bunch of strong titles and the old classics are released on the store.

Well it wasn't meant to have the grunt to play PS4 games.

The whole controller problem is just something specific to you, i play a psp and an ipad and have no issues with either, I find the PS3 controller crap compared to the xbox one but I still use it.

I am really enjoying mine. For starters it plugs in to my monitor in the lounge along with my ps3 and xbox, the Wii had to be the tv in the lounge and with a wife and kids play time was limited on it. Now I can play when I want.

That means I am now working my way through a decent Wii backlog of both Zeldas, Muramasa, No More Heroes 2 and Xenoblade Chronicles.

I also bought mine for Monster Hunter Three Ultimate which is due in under 2 weeks. Lego City Undercover in 3 weeks which my son will really enjoy as well.

I didn't buy the Wii U to be my one and only console but as an addition to the Xbox, PS3 and PC. If the PS4 and Xbox 720! are any good I will probably get at least one of them as well. The days of having 1 exclusive console are long gone for me.

Saying that a Wii U would not be a purchase for me if it was to be my only console.

I mean £300 for a console that could last for 5 or 6 years is not too expensive really and hopefulyl we will get some Nintendo exclusives over time but there are loads of good games across all systems to play and fill the time in so need to get stressed over any one system.

Still loving my WII U console, im primarily a pc guy, and have not owned a console since ps1/n64 days so it was a impulse buy, and one i dont regret getting, the only thing i wish it could do is connect to my pc via wireless and play my library of tv shows and films off my hard drive on my pc, not sure if this will ever happen in a future update, but would be very cool if it did.

The game pad did feel large to begin with, but after 1-2 hours of play time i got used to it fairly fast, completed ZombieU last night for the first time, after 14 hours of play. Really enjoyed the game, and will be giving it another run through when i get the chance.

Looking forward to the new games that will be coming out, hopefully the new lego game will be good, zelda etc, i think all in all once the console gets a few good exclusive titles available in the next 5-6 months then it will be a very good console.

But that's not to say i wont be getting a PS4 when it comes out as i probably will, but im sure the wii u will still have its place when the ps4 comes along.

After me and my GF finished NSMB it didn't get used much, we play the Zelda mini game on Nintendo land together but it will not get much use until the virtual console comes out, when that happens it's going to be used daily.
Same when the first party titles come out. I bought it knowing it was always going to be a secondary console for first party titles and anyone who bought one thinking it would replace a PS3 or XBOX were misguided.

trading it for ps4 credit soon. I hate it hate it hate it. Not used since January except monster hunter demo once and that was dreadful.

Bought mine as a secondary gaming console so I am happy to wait for the big hitters to arrive, PS4 might well blow it away graphically but the majority of games will be the same old FPS's and sports games.

I had mine from a chain of stores where you can hire purchase it.

I returned it after 2 weeks. all i played was COD BO2 on the control pad and i brought a cheap xbox with that game for 60 quid!!!!!

The pricing is all wrong, its far too expensive (at new anyway), too few titles (yes yes there are millions coming out for it).

I think if you have a lot of spare Wii controllers and a lot of family go for it.

I've been very tempted into getting a wii but im going to wait it out folr better games or the price to drop down a bit more yet.

This. Though the moment a Zelda game comes out for it I'll be buying it regardless of a price drop or not. Could get rid of the Wii that way too :p

Im loving mine.
Awesome console and using it for media features more an more too.
Its does Media stfuf just better, The game pad is AMAZING for netflix and youtube etc.

I actually think the graphical jump between the PS3/xbox to next gen PS4 etc is a bit "meh" to be honest graphics are less important too me now..
I tell what i've had with the Wii U so far, FUN.
Thats what you pay for...

And again theres a lot of neglected wii u back catalog to go through

I'd love to know what you're smoking.

I bought my Wii U on release day expecting to have Rayman and Bayonetta by now, but the release dates slipped and Rayman is no longer an exclusive. I don't like the controller as it's to big to be comfortable and so far there are no games on it I like.

Overall the worst console purchase I have made so far but I'm not going to sell it as I know someday there will be some decent games for it and to play them you'll need the console :)

I am waiting for good games to be released for the Wii-U before i decide to buy one, i know they're coming, it just a matter of time..

When the games do start to pick up on the Wii-U there will be probably some decent console bundles to, so i think its best to wait unless you are starved with gaming. :p
