Wii Update Issue?

I've just updated my Wii, first one applied fine...

Then it has started the "channel update" and it has been sat at approx 60% for the last 10 15mins.

Should I be concerned?
It says not to power off, but what else is there to do?

My router died doing an update Christmas day, I had to turn my Wii off while it was trying to update, this happened twice. It did come back on fine but I was a little worried.

yeah, I just powered off at the wall and back on again, it seems to be updating better this time...
