I have a HDTV though! Will the picture be tripe like all the past generation consoles that use a scart!
Well, it's only worth £220 on paper, but depends if you really want one for christmas. If you run via a Wii component cable, you'll get a lot better picture at 480p.

i was kidding  just wait for the shelves to be stocked. and if your worried about the picture, why havent you gone to your local store to see the wii's that are set up with hd screens?

I sold one for £280, one for £310 and one for £360.
It is good but is it worth £130 to get one a week or so earlier ?

christ, nothing is worth being bent over for! I can imagine the seller getting his tub of vaseline out now :)

Just wait until after the xmas rush, for that money you could buy the Wii, extra controllers and a few games. Thats what i shall be doing!

Off topic but i didnt want to start a new thread, how does the Wii save games etc? Memory card or HDD?

Built in flash memory, and also external SD card I believe.

No. I've had mine since launch, had no more than 2 hours play.

Zelda is, and will be brilliant, but other than that there is nothing, nada, nout!

Depends on how much you want one. I was willing to import one and pay any potential customs charges for mine early. The guy who bought my backup preorder unit on ebay wanted one badly enough to bid £425 for it delivered

Wait until the hype is over, just keep playing with your own wii-lly until then.

My annoyance is that it means there were probably around 7000 less Wiis (that's a guess) available to people than there should have been. Can't really blame people for wanting to make a few (hundred) quid though. It's just the way our society works unfortunately.
