Hi,
Apparently I have insufficient privileges to post in the main thread. Sorry if this is the incorrect place to post. I ordered a new build (CPU, Mb etc) along with a MSI 3080. I realise the 3080 is out of stock. I don't mind waiting, although it would be nice to know where I currently sit in the queue.
The status of my order is Order received - not yet shipped.
Will my other components that aren't out of stock be delivered before the 3080.Im assuming you won't wait to dispatch all of it based on something that may not be in stock for months? I haven't even received a confirmation email from OC and ordered it on Thursday at around 16.40. The money has been taken from my acc. I have sent webnotes and tried calling and holding numerous times but had no response.
OC you can just query your SQL tables. I assume you have an order one, just get all orders containing a 3080 and sort them by date/time. Then you can allocate us all a number. Doesn't need to be a sophisticated new expensive system. It'll take a developer a few minutes. Then just script an email template or something.
People should cut OC some slack, i rung a few times prior launch and they were clear orders would be for preorder and they expected it would be busy. Although, i agree with a lot of people this could've been handled more smoothly.
Thanks all!
