Will a 17/19" 4:3 TFT 100hz ever exist?

Hello all, this may be a specific question but like the topic says will a 4:3 TFT with 100hz ever exist? I dont want a widescreen monitor atm, it's not required on the games I play and it'd make it harder to play them infact, and my PC would never take advantage of it either, so I just wondered, is there any plans for it from any manufacturer at all? Many Thanks :p
 
But what is the process of Hz on a TFT compared to a CRT? of course I know it's different but on a CRT, 100hz is like a MUST, but on a TFT people seem to be content with 75/85hz, and 2/5ms, so what is the process of Hz on a TFT that is so different? because of course it's not really viable buying a CRT anymore haha :p Many Thanks ;D
 
Hmmm the only problem with a Widescreen monitor is that i'd then have to put the black bars down the side of the screen, which isnt so bad I guess but i'd just expect a company to make a 4:3 line of Monitors for a lot of players that are so used to it, like, i'm not a pro CS player or anything, but none of them want to exactly go Widescreen haha, but I guess companies go where the money is, which makes perfect sense :p although the 100/120hz ones sound nice as long as the 4:3 aspect ratio on them is good

Also is there any links/info about the 100/120hz Monitors coming out also then please? Many Thanks for the help :D
