Will a 3850 Pro Extreme fit in a P series shuttle (SN25P)?

Hi,

Question as title really, my 7900GT recently died and I'm back using a 6800GT which is rather showing it's age. I'm looking at getting this,

PowerColor ATI Radeon HD 3850 Pro Extreme 512MB GDDR3

and was wondering whether the heatsink, which seems to go above the card, clears the case. I have a VF700 on the 6800GT and it also goes above the card requiring some bending hence my concern.

Thanks!

If I recall correctly, the SN25P has a PCI-E slot that sits further away from the edge of the case and the outer expansion slot is a PCI? In which case, I don't believe it'll pose any problems due to the dual slot cooler. In terms of PCB length, it shouldn't be any longer than your 6800GT so again, no problems there.

Cheers guys. I have a feeling that it will catch on the drive cage slightly but with encouragement should fit so I'll get ordering. :)
