Will a 400W PSU be enough?

Will a 400W PSU be enough for an intel quad core system, 4GB DDR2 ram, and an ATI 4850? Probably won't be overclocking it.
If not what wattage will I need?

how many hard disks? cd/dvd roms? are they sata?

As a rougth guide my system in sig with 3 x F1's draws around 400 watts at the wall (check with a meter) at full load.
I would say if you dont intend to OC it should be ok.

Hard drives only draw about 5-15W each, a 4850 can draw 110W. A decent 400 should be fine as long as you don't overclock, if it's a no name brand i would get a new one.
