Will a 460w PSU do for this system?

I'm looking to get a 460W Seasonic Fanless PSU...however i'm not sure if it will power this system OK:

Intel i5 2500k
Asus HD 6850
Gigabyte Z77XD3H
8GB RAM (Samsung Green)
Intel 330 180GB SSD
2 x traditional SATA drives

I will do a little CPU overclocking, probably very little GFX overclocking.

cheers guys

I have a corsair CX430 builder series PSU powering the following:

2500K at 4.3GHz
6850 at 950MHz
GA-Z68AP-D3 mobo
2x120mm and 1x140mm case fan
Gelid Tranquillo cooler
1 SSD and 1 2.5" HDD.

All runs absolutely fine, though a bigger better PSU will be my next upgrade.

Quite frankly it's a waste buying an expensive fanless PSU if you have other fans in your PC.

For around the same money you could get a Corsair AX650 £109.99 (also Seasonic based on the X Series)

It's fanless at 20% load when your PC is idle/Web Surfing/HTPC and only 16 db upto 50% load.

So this is the best of both world, slient in lower power tasks, but has the capacity for a high end system and future upgrades. 7 year warranty.

hmmm that is a good point.

The main benefit of the fanless was that if I were to leave the PC on in my room at night it would be a bit quiter. I guess if the fan is off at zero load it's the same thing.....

Exactly what mine does, 67 W from wall idle(ish) irc/downloads.

Then I reconsidered:

I also wouldn't say an i5 2500K + 6850 is likely to be an HTPC? But I see your point. To be honest I hadn't properly considered how much the Seasonic was - others have offered better advice since anyway.
