Will a 4G Nano work in a 1G Nano dock?

Simple question really

If it doesn't, i guess I'll have to get a universal dock along with my new Nano

Yeah my only concern is the actual physical placement of the port on the new Nano... if it's now on the right hand side, then there's no way in hell it'll fit into the 1G Nan dock (seeing as the port is on the left).

Ive read that the new one is actually worse than the previous... they seem to have crippled the video output?! joy!
