Will a 520W PSU be enough?

I will also be powering 3 HDDs and a PCI soundcard. I may also want to go SLI in the future.

Will the 520W psu be enough, and how does the above spec look? I'll be aiming to overclock it, but only a moderate amount (hopefully to around 2.7-2.8).

Also is the above motherboard better than the new Abit Fatality, I noticed the fatality appears to only have PCI-E 8x, but I do prefer Abit.

Get the Tuniq Tower and OC it to 3.2ghz+, the CPU should be easily capable of that at the very least. The PSU should be fine for that rig, though not sure about an SLI setup
 
I really am on the fence. If I can save £30 by getting the 520W then I will, but I don't want to end up having to buy a new psu if i decide to go sli in the future.
