Will a 550W PSU be enough?

Will a 550W PSU be enough to run this system?

Was sent this PSU by mistake from a competitor (instead of the 650W variant, they only had the 550W version and didn't realize) and want to know if I can keep it and get the difference refunded or send it back and get something else.

Running:

I5-3570k @ 4.6
MSI GTX 670 Power Edition
ASUS P8Z77-
8gb RAM
1 x HDD
1 x SSD
3 x Case fan

PSU is Silverstone Strider 550W

Suppose I should add, if the board supports SLI and you wanted to add another card, then you want 750W.

No, don't need SLI.

Would it still be ok if I add another hard drive or overclock the GPU/RAM.
