will a 7950GT support DX10?

i havent looked into new hardware much but i was of the idea that it doesnt support DX10 but does it?

question is for a mate who seems convinced it does.
 
no probs.... just had a quick scan round and it seems the 8800 is the only one currently. i was right my mate was wrong - situation normal. :)
