Will a Corsair SF450 be fine for a 3700x / Red Dragon 5700XT build?

Currently using a 550watt Antec bp550 plus but will be aiming to go down to an SFFPC soon.

I know I could get the SF600 but I feel that might be a bit redundant. The only other parts in my computer are an M2 drive and 16 GB of RAM. No RGB.
