will a GTX 480 run counter strike source?

Looking at a new screen, but don't want to have to end up upgrading everything. Will want it to run max at native resolution, though I am willing to compromise on AA to like 2x.

will be run with a i7 920 (stock), 6gb ram and a 128gb m4

Hi Sports If your using a gigabyte motherboard could you run the supplied overclock utility on the cpu to get to 3.2 GHz easily and its very stable as well, I have had that motherboard and it works great. and with that gpu that should run fine as well, GeForce GTX 480 4,306

You may not even need any AA at that res. I think the 480 will handle that resolution ok.

This. It'll run it easily at V-Sync with all settings maxed out even at that res.

It's still fairly demanding, especially on 64 player maps!

its not demanding. its also cpu limited.
I run CS:GO @ 2560*1600 and get 110 -200 FPS with 4x msaa, 4 ansi tropic and motion blur off, with 98/50% gpu load, and 90% cpu load.

Source engine is not graphically demanding, when you think about other games/the gpu power we have today.
