Will a GTX780ti run 1080p at 144hz?

is it worth upgrading from my 23" asus sonic master to a 144hz monitor?
will my system run it?

fx6300 OC to 4.5
GTX780ti
8GB Avexior ram
850 pro SSD
etc

Perhaps not the latest AAA titles, but it's still a competent GPU

The monitor isn't issue. The GPU ain't going to cut more than 65-70fps at best.
Try to find a Gsync 1080p monitor if you have the budget to alleviate the issues
