Will a oc 3800X2 bottle neck a dx10 card?

As im way to get a dx10 card soon was wondering if a socket939 3800X2 @ 2.6Ghz would bottle neck the card a lot. The card im looking at getting would be a new Ati one if the price is right but if i can get a 8800GTS 320/640MB would be going for that.

Any help would be great.

It won't be too much of a bottleneck imo. The X2's are still very fast chips.
