Will a PNY 8800GS & PALIT 8300GS work together?

For nvidia physx purposes?

One is powered (512mb 8800GS), and the other I bought as a backup, but will they actually work if I combine them?

Both are PCI-E, and I have two slots on my motherboard?

Just an thought.

Yes, the 8300GS is PhysX capable. Whether it would be worth using as a dedicated PPU is another question.

Even with my dedicated 8600GT, I was getting slow down in PhysX heavy scenes on Batman, was OK on Mirror's Edge.
