I’m going to be building a PC for my brother soon and I’m wondering if PSUs are all the same or if there are regional differences since lives in belgium? Obviously he’ll need a Euro spec kettle lead.

Thanks

Belgium and the UK both run 230V, 50Hz mains.

I can't think why a company would want product variation for regions beyond the supply lead (which is why it used to be a switch for 110V or 230/240V on older PSU's).

The only thing to watch that I can think of will be the potential for silly games over warranties potentially.

These days, with just a change of kettle lead, a PSU should work anywhere in the world. The same is true for laptop PSUs, phone chargers, etc., etc. Switch-mode power supplies can accept a vast range of input voltages and output the desired lower voltages.

You can double check the PSU yourself, but yeah, it should work fine. The only caveat is, be wary of old or cheap.
