Will a value 300w psu suffice?

Here's the spec:

AMD Sempron 2800+
512MB DDR400 PC3200
1 x CDRW
1 x DVD-ROM
1 x 20GB IDE HDD
1 x AGP

Should be okay yeah?

Even a poorly distibuted 300 Watt could prolly handle that but a good PSU it'd be done easy. Long as the AGP graphics doesn't mean some mega Gainward PCI-E mutant thing
