I have a copper/alu zalman hsf on my x800xt just wondering if this will fit imn a shuttle g5 the old fan died and this is a little wider than the original.
Will a x800xt with zalman hsf fit in a shuttle

it might fit however u need to see how far it sticks out off the graphics card. if i comes out to far you will need to cut a hole in out case so the fan will get a decent air flow.

if its the v7 series then it will not fit, been running one on my x800xt in a g4 chassis without the lid on
yeah your right it wont gah, if I had known that I would have got a pci one, gah have to buy a cheapo card now while the xt gathers dust.

a pci express card would not fit in a regular pci slot. i have a spare x800xt cooler at come but its developed a rattle in my shuttle which is why i swapped the cooler over and ran it without the lid on. you're probably best trying to ask around to see if anyone has a spare x800 cooler (people who have swapped from the stock) which they'd be willing to part with.
