Will adding another 2GB do anything to my overclock?

Im pretty much a novice at overclocksing and frankly without been hand held through it all i dont think id of done it!
But.. My Vista 64 is running VERY smoothly the E6600 chip is clocked up to 3.25ghz and from what i can gather i think the board makes the memory inline with this overclock!?
Currently running 2x1GB Geil 800mhz low lat strips, was thinking about adding another set whilst they were on offer this week.
My main reason is that memory is my weakest score with 5.5.
Is it just as easy as whipping of the case clicking them in and turning it on? and is it worth it?
My mem has been known to hit 90% usage at certain points!

It is possible that adding your memory will drop your OC some. I have seen some people post that they lose somewhere between 30-50mhz FSB when they add 2 more DIMMs. However, if you are doing tasks that are heavily memory intensive as compared to CPU intensive, you may not notice the drop in clock speed.
