I'd prefer a DFI Mobo if i was trying to get an uber o/c. I assume you don't do a lot of gaming? That gfx card is decidedly average if you do. Otherwise it's fine.

If you want the pc for solely encoding, forget the gfx card, use onboard and get a really fast dual core cpu and lots of generic ram or even better, dual opterons. The graphics card does not affect encoding at all. Save yourself some money.
