will arctic frezer 7 pro fit on a GA_P35_DS3P

As per subject, will this fit without any trouble? I saw apic of one and the size scared me.

Anyone done it?

Fits on the P35C DS3R fine. I can't see you having any trouble with it as i'm sure Gigabyte are aware of how good a cooler the freezer 7 pro is. I'd be very surprised if it didn't fit.

Thanks. How about the P35_DS4 with it's extra heat pipes, anyone know if they would be a problem?

I'm torn between the P35P_DS3R and the P35_DS4. Was going to get the P but is out of stock everywhere and I need to set up my system soon as I might need to rma some of the bits that have been arriving over the last week or two

Scythe Infinity even fits that board - so with AC7 you should have no trouble.

Aye all the P35's do, but that's just what pushed me there in the first place .

I've put a Noctua on and it fits fine, there's nothing on the reverse side to fowl the backing plate, lots of room around the socket it would have mounted either way. Only thing that's close is when oriantated so the fan is blowing air up, the HSF just goes over the first ram slot. Im using geil stuff that just fits under it and in, you'd need to install and keep in taller ram before mounting the HSF.
