will an Artic Cooler Help improve my general case temperature. thus helping the overall temp of the CPU.??? I have a Zalaman CPU Fan, 120mm Case Fan and 2 intake fans.
I have just ordered an Artic Cooler for my X800 GT.
My present Case Temp is 30 Degrees and my CPU temp is 46.
my CPU temp under load is 68 degrees
this is my following clock speed.

It should do since it exhausts straight out the back. I believe that the zalman exhausts into the case?

Ordinarily I'd look for case temps no higher than around 5 - 10 greater than room temps, so yours look ok (providing you are not in a tent!)

You haven't said what your case temps are under load - I suspect that it's significantly higher than 30 with your gpu dumping all the heat into the case. If it is a lot higher, the arctic should improve the case temps with a corresponding positive effect on your cpu temps. If it isn't, an acrtic won't have any effect on your cpu temps

Some people 'round here are not too complimentary about arctics citing poor build quality/failing fans. I've never had any concerns about mine
