It should run but will suffer from long load times.

Have the detail set to low on everything and play in a lower resolution and you'll be fine. To be fair, having virtually no detail makes it a little easier anyhow (easier to aim and, more importantly, VERY easy to spot people hiding in the shadows that people with higher detail would struggle to spot).
 
why not download the demo and see, that way you can see 1. if you enjoy the game and 2. if it will run on your p.c :D

Using some dodgy software hack for PS1.4 (a required feature unsupported by your gfx card) you might be able to get it running but it will be buggy and with atrocious performance.

Maybe consider BF1942 instead

I had a GeForce4 and had to upgrade so I could pla BF2.

Plus u would really want more RAM, otherwise the round will be over before you've loaded,

Agreed see how it runs and if you enjoy the game. No point buying it if your not sure it will work and if you will like it.
