Been with BT since i got broadband a few years ago, lately tho (over past 2 months) the 1mb connection i got has been dropping several times a day, for around 10 secs. Recently this problems become much worse, up to 20-30 DC's per day.

Would changing ISP sort out this problem? Or is there a chance that somethings wrong with the line. I usually just leave my PC on all day connected, so is it BT purging me or something?

Attenuation is at 40.5 / 21.0 dB

and SNR margin is 14.0 dB

Was thinking it might be the modem, im gonna try and get a spare one of a m8 to see if thats it. Called BT a few times asking if there was a problem with the line, and got different answers on 2 occasions :(

Been using a borrowed modem for 3 days now, no problems! seems like my voyager had just had it.

anyway, thinking of getting a Netgear DG632 to replace it, any comments? recommendations?

thx.
