WIll CPU TDP matter for my mini-ITX build?

I'm putting together a new gen Ryzen build in a Lian-Li TU150 and just torn on what CPU to go for. The cooler will be Dark Rock Pro 4 with rear case exhaust (if it fits) and front/bottom intake. GPU will be a new AMD one as well when they are available if that makes a difference. My heart wants a 5950x but my head is saying perhaps the 5600x with the lower TDP is the right call in this case?

If your case can fit a DTX board then the Crosshair 8 Impact's only flaw seems to be its price... (£50 off with an asus promotion at the moment)

Thanks for all of the replies, feeling a lot more confident about going with the 5950x/5900x. Just have to try and get my hands on one now
